March On Three
Now In Production
March On Three (working title) is a documentary that follows the events and people surrounding the December 21, 2013 ruling by U.S. District Judge Robert J. Selby that struck town Utah's 2004 Amendment 3 ban against same sex marriage as "unconstitutional."
MORE INFORMATION
Utah is an unlikely place to become a deciding battleground in the national legal fight to secure the marriage rights of same sex couples, yet it was. In December 2013, just a few miles from the headquarters of the Mormon Church. Utah became the 18th State to legalize same sex marriage.
The Film will couple interviews with local Utahns directly affected by the Shelby ruling, in addition to, professional figures in the judicial, legal, political and medical communities. Compelling video portraits of LGBT members and local activist organizations on both sides of the argument highlight intimate stories, struggles, and triumphs.
